THAO "TJ" NGUYEN, age 37. Suddenly on June 26,2022. Visitation Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 3;00PM until 8:00pm at the Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Road,Chicago. Funeral Service Thursday 9:00am at the chapel. Final rites of Buddhist ritual cremation ceremonies will follow at the Montrose Crematory,Chicago.
