Mrs. Phan Thi Pham

Mrs. Phan Thi Pham, age 75. On August 16, 2019 peacefully surrounded by family at her home. Visitation Friday, Aug. 23,2019 3:00pm until 8:00pm at the Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Rd,Chicago, IL 60618. Friends and family are asked to meet Saturday, Aug 24, 2019 9:45am at St.Henry Catholic Church, 6335 N. Hoyne, Chicago for the Mass of Christian burial at 10:00am.  Cremation private. The ashes will rest at Maryhill Catholic Cemetery in Niles, Illinois at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the memory of Mrs. Pham can be made to FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN, (www.fmsc.org) and we kindly ask that you designate the donation on the website as a memorial for Mrs.Pham.
