Mrs. Mui Thi Thoai PhanLe ( Mui Phan), age 62. On Sunday, July 8, 2018 at her home. Visitation Friday, July 13, 2018 3 until 9pm at The Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago. Funeral services Saturday, July 14,2018 10:00am at St. Henry Catholic Church, (1/2 block west of Ridge on Devon.). Cremation rites to follow at Montrose Cemetery, Chicago.
