Casketing Ceremony will be held at 12 noon under the auspioces of Thich Minh Hanh of Quamg Minh Vietnamese Buddhist Temple. Visitation will follow until 9:00pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday,May 23,2015 beginning at 8:30am at the funeral home. The procession will leave at approximately 10:30am to Montrose Cemetery, 5400 N. Pulaski,Chicago committal and interment services.
