MS. IVY LE, age 41. On Aug 10, 2021 after an illness. Visitation Tuesday, Nov. 23,2021 from 12 until 8:00pm at the Sax Tiedemann Funeral Home, ​9568 W. Belmont Ave.,Franklin Park, IL 60131. Funeral Service Wednesday, Nov 24, 2021 beginning at 10:00am under the auspices of Quang Minh Temple. Final rites of cremation rituals will conclude the service at the Monarch Crematory, adjacent to the funeral home.  All those in attendance must be masked while paying respects inside the funeral home.
