MR. THO BA NGUYEN, age 95. On Friday, October 15,2021 at his residence in Chicago. Visitation Friday, October 22, 2021 from 12noon until 7:00pm at Sax Tiedemann Funeral Home, ​9568 W. Belmont Ave, Franklin Park, Il 60131. Buddhist  funeral service Saturday, Oct 23, 2021 beginning at 9:00am (at the chapel) followed by final rites of cremation at the onsite crematory. In keeping with COVID-19 protocols, we request that all visitors please be masked while in attendance at the funeral home and that you limit your condolence visit. In addition, we are still practicing social distancing.PLEASE OMIT FLOWERS.
