MRS. XUA THI NGO, age 78. On Sunday morning at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. Service Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021 from 1:00pm until 4:00pm at the SAX TIEDEMANN FUNERAL HOME, 9568 W. Belmont Ave, Franklin park, Il.  Final rites of Buddhist cremation ceremonies will immediately follow at the Monarch Crematory (adjoining the funeral home).  In keeping with COVID19 guidelines and regulations, all visitors must wear masks while in attendance and practice social distancing while gathered in the funeral home.Under current State regulations, no more than 25 people will be allowed to congregate inside the funeral home.
