SONNN OUM, died on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Survived by husband, Chhon Horn;  children:Thy Oum ( wife Kimsean Chea), Thailyn  Oum (niece), Rachgisna Horn (wife Bopha Voeun),Thean Thuon(Saroeung Saroeun), Chhoeun Thuong, Helen Horn-Santos ( husband Neal Santos), Maria Horn (Sokvannak Chim); Grandchildren Ravy Soeun, Riya Soeun, Veasna So, Pakeeni Horn, Sokana Horn, Sokcheatha Horn, Branden Horn, Bryan Horn, Kianna V. Chim and Emmalyn-Paige Horn Santos. 

Visitation Friday, Feb 19, 2016, 5-8pm  at the Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago. Services Saturday, February 20, 2016 8:30am in the chapel at Montrose Cemetery, 5400 N.
