MR. MANH TRAN, age 67. Passed away on Friday, June 8,2018 at the Kindred Healthcare Campus in Northlake,Illinois. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 11,2018 from 12 noon until 9:00pm at the Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 12,2018 10:00am at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6335 N. Hoyne (enter parking lot from Devon two blocks west of Ridge Ave.), Chicago.
