MR. Hoa Pham, age 94. At home on Sunday, Jan 5,2020 after a long illness. Visitation Friday, Jan. 10,2020 from 3:00pm until 9:00pm at the Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Rd.,Chicago. Friends and family are asked to meet Saturday, Jan 11, 2020 at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6335 N. Hoyne,Chicago, 60659. (ENTRANCE to church from church parking lot on Devon Ave-2 blks west of Ridge on south side of street). Mass of Christian burial 10:00am. Interment Maryhill Cemetery, Niles,Il.
