MR. DUNG "DAVID" QUOC LUONG, ​tragically on Nov. 3, 2021. Visitation Monday,Nov. 8, 2021 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm at the Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago.  Funeral Service Tuesday, Nov 9, 2021 from 9:00am until 11:00am. Final rites of Buddhist cremation rites will be accorded at the Montrose Cemetery and Crematorium where services will conclude. In accordance with State and City mandates regarding COVID19 safety standards, all those in attendance must be masked and social distancing must be followed.
